By making a booking through our website or external booking platforms, you accept these Terms and Conditions (T&C) in full. These T&C apply to all services we offer, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, and meditative or therapeutically inspired programs.

All offerings are based on decades of experience and research in natural detox and mindfulness practices.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings can only be made online via our website or partner platforms. Telephone reservations are not accepted.
• Payment can be made in instalments via third-party payment providers. The terms are subject to the conditions of the respective provider.

4. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival.
• After that period, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees of up to 100% of the booking price.

5. Disclaimer of liability

All of our programs are carefully designed based on holistic and naturopathic knowledge.
Nevertheless, we accept no liability for any health issues, allergic reactions, or side effects – especially those related to our food, beverages, or offered methods (e.g. meditation, fasting, breathwork, etc.).
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
Individuals with pre-existing conditions, especially epilepsy, heart disease, or psychiatric disorders, are strongly advised to consult their physician before participating.

6. Code of conduct

We expect all guests to engage with others – including fellow guests, staff, and the space itself – with respect, peace, and mindfulness. Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion from the retreat without refund.

7. Data privacy

Your personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can find more information in our separate Privacy Policy.

8. Press & influencers

Journalists and influencers are welcome to experience the Oasis of Life through a complimentary overnight stay (all-inclusive). This offer is intended solely for familiarization with our retreat and services. Availability is limited – one representative (media or influencer) per day.

9. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction

We believe in the power of honest dialogue. Should any conflict arise, we will first seek a peaceful and mutually agreeable solution through direct communication.
If no agreement can be reached, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Immobeg GmbH in Berlin, Germany.
