Put on your white T-shirt – over your clothes if you wish – and immerse yourself with mindfulness, respect, and empathy into the Sadhana Day of the Oasis of Life.
Awakening – The Art of Conscious Rising (from 5:00 a.m.)
Between dream and reality – the sacred threshold.
You awaken in the Alpha state (8–13 Hz) – the natural channel to your inner source. Now is the time to shape your mind before thinking begins.
· A short prayer, silent affirmation, or personal mantra practice
· Use the QR codes in your room for guided meditations, breathing techniques, or light alignment
These first minutes of the day are crucial – your subconscious is wide open. What you plant here will grow.
Awaken Your Body
- Cold or contrast showers (hot–cold) to activate life energy
- Drink ½ liter of living, purified Blue Stillness 9 water
- Optional: detox tea for cleansing
An alkaline environment strengthens your cells and protects your body.
Meditative Walking in the Park (24/7)
In sacred silence along the paths of stillness.
- Walk slowly and mindfully – in silence, connected with every step, every breath
- Be fully with yourself – and yet connected with everything
Conscious Breakfast (7:00–11:00 a.m.)
Eat what nourishes you – not what merely fills you.
· A selection of living foods for body and mind
· Follow our recommendation: “All you should eat” instead of “All you can eat”
· Avoid overload – clarity and lightness are the nourishment of consciousness
Group Meditations & Breathing Spaces (24/7 – registration at reception required)
Spaces for healing, presence, and silence.
- Guided meditations in group or individual rooms
- Sound journeys, breathing techniques, or silent presence spaces
- Use your QR codes for additional, individual support
Vegetarian Lunch (12:00–4:00 p.m.)
Healing food from nature – pure and energetic.
- Fresh, plant-based dishes – wholesome, light, without meat
- No refined sugar, no artificial additives
- Your body is not only nourished – it regenerates
Time for Your Soul – Discover the Energy Rooms
Come into resonance with higher fields.
- Visit our highlight rooms such as the Kozyrev Mirror and 19 private meditation spaces
- The Buddha Cave is available to you 24/7
- Alternatively: retreat, journaling, rest, or connecting with nature
Beginning of Fasting (4:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. – intermittent fasting)
Healing through emptiness – clarity through letting go.
- No food until the next morning
- During this phase, the body begins dissolving damaged cells
- A biological renewal on the deepest level
Fasting is not deprivation – it is a return to inner order.
Nighttime & the Pyramid of Life
The night – a sacred space of transformation.
- For experienced guests: visit the Pyramid of Life
- There you are exposed to healing scalar waves and negative ion fields – deep, nonlinear cell communication begins
- Optional: group silence, night meditations, or conscious retreat

A place of connection.
Meet new people, share your insights and experiences in the Oasis.
If you are hungry, a selection of smoothies is available throughout the night.
Retreat & Recapitulation
End the day as you began it – consciously.
· Recapitulate, write, give thanks, reprogram
· Your mind returns to the Alpha state – ideal for gentle self-healing and mental reframing
· Meditative QR offerings are also available to you at night
Rest – Conscious Sleep
When your mind is clear, your body needs less sleep.
