Offering of healthy and fresh food
Our meals follow the principle of “All You Can Eat” – but with a difference …
Many years ago, Galina Shatalova already revealed that food itself can harm us.
Excess energy can in fact be harmful and accelerate the aging process.
Our menu has been designed by top nutritionists – experts with decades of experience in healthy eating.
The result: eating should be a conscious act, guided by the principle of less is more.
We therefore recommend the following approach:
Aim to eat only small portions overall.
Shatalova demonstrated that as little as 600 to a maximum of 1,000 kcal per day can be fully sufficient – under certain conditions of energy conservation:
• Meditate and calm your mind – this alone saves about 25% of your energy.
• That is why yogis often require very little sleep, sometimes as little as two hours.
• The digestive tract is the body’s greatest energy consumer.
• Avoid meat and heavy animal products – this alone saves another 1,000 kcal of energy that no longer needs to be compensated with food.
Thus, eating becomes a conscious ritual – aligning body, mind, and energy balance.
That is why we say: All you should eat – consciously and nourishingly.
