You enter through a tunnel of mirrors, symbolically reflecting your inner self. From there, elevators and a warm welcome guide you into spaces filled with presence.

The living key of life, a bridge between heaven and earth, spirit and body. Within the Oasis it serves as an energetic portal to inner remembrance.

5. What meditation rooms are available?
Five group rooms for up to 25 people and 19 individual retreat spaces – including the original Kozyrev Mirror Room, a place beyond time.
6. What is the Kozyrev Mirror?
A room for deep introspection. Based on the research of Nikolai Kozyrev, this spiral-shaped mirror invites you to journey into past or future experiences – and most importantly, into yourself.
7. Who is the Kozyrev Mirror designed for?
For anyone ready to travel inward, beyond time and space. Especially recommended for those with prior experience in deep meditation or inner work.
8. What is Buddha’s Cave?
A sacred half-pyramidal chamber adorned with authentic Buddhist figures from Nepal. Reserved for experienced meditators – open day and night.

Advanced practitioners seeking profound silence. This place calls – and when you are ready, you will feel it.
10. What is the “Forgotten Hill”?
A powerful meditation hill built with granite cubes over natural groundwater. Energy flows here as it once did through ancient pyramids – directly through you.

Because in seven days, it gently leads you back to yourself. With room for healing, release, clarity, and new beginnings. Many describe it as the turning point in their journey.
15. Does fasting really rejuvenate me?
Fasting regenerates the body, slows cellular aging, strengthens the mind, and opens the door to renewal. Many report a sense of both inner and outer rejuvenation.
16. Does fasting extend life?
Yes. Conscious fasting supports cellular cleansing, slows aging, and sharpens mental clarity. At the Oasis, fasting is practiced with ease – beginning at 4 p.m., always voluntary and nourishing.
17. Why is conscious breathing so important?
Because your breath is your direct connection to life. To breathe consciously is to heal. To breathe deeply is to truly live.
18. Do I have to follow the daily rituals strictly?
No. You are free. The rituals are recommendations, not rules. If you embrace them, you will feel their power. If not, that is equally fine..
19. s spiritual experience required?
No. Only the willingness to meet yourself. Everything else unfolds naturally. Still, previous meditation experience can be helpful in the most powerful spaces – the Buddha Cave and the Kozyrev Mirror – where body, mind, and soul align.
20. Are there programs for beginners?
Yes – our retreats are open to all levels. Even as a newcomer, you will be lovingly guided ❤️

25. Can I stay overnight at the Oasis?
Yes – we offer elegant single accommodations, surrounded by silence and nature, designed for deep rest and inner retreat.
26. Is the Oasis suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely. Many guests arrive alone – and find connection here without needing to explain themselves.
27. Do I have to wear a white T-shirt?
No. Oasis shirts represent unity and equality, but you are free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
28. What is the meaning of the Oasis T-shirts?
We offer all guests premium-quality white Oasis T-shirts at a special price. They symbolize community and connection, but are never mandatory.
29. Are there smoking rooms at the Oasis?
No – the entire Oasis is smoke-free. Breath, clarity, and presence are our highest priorities. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies or on the canteen terrace.
