Every day from 4:00 p.m., the regenerative health-fasting cycle begins and continues until breakfast (break-fast).
During this nutrient-free phase, your body starts to metabolize damaged and degenerated cells – a natural cleansing and healing process, scientifically shown to help prevent cancer and enhance your vital energy.
